dgibbons Posted January 9, 2012 Share Posted January 9, 2012 A few years ago I worked up to about a 5 second front lever,but I have neglected it since then. Last week I started working on the progressions again. I was doing a 30 second advanced tuck set and I felt a pain in my upper back(rhomboid I think). It was pretty uncomfortable immediately, and it felt difficult to move my neck side to side and all the way up and down.Ive had muscle spasms before in my lower back and I eventually worked through them with stretching, theracane, tennis balls, etc. Im just not sure if this is something different. It happened 2 nights ago. Im a little worried that instead of a spasm, its a strain or problem with my spine.Any advice from people who have experienced this in the past?
