Hey!

Hope you all have great day today and always :D

Well, i've recorded a new video of my handstands, i'm doing them face and stomach to the wall...

Also i've been working for opening my shoulder angle, but i think i have to work a lot more...

What do you think about my form and position??

I think if you keep going the way you are you have potential. However what you really want to focus on it keeping your body tight. WHn you are in the stomach to wall position, you want to get as close to thew all as you can with nothing but your toes touching the wall. its very hard but helps with your hollow position and alignment

I have just tried it, and it is really difficult , lol...

Thanks a lot for your opinion, i'll continue working as i have been working...

Also, i have a question, as i'm just going to begin to work wall runs, i don't know how to work it, for reps, or for time, how do you work them??
