Hi guys im very new to this moves.I need some help for doing this moves.Tried it before .FAILED.only got into a bridge and got my knee hurts :shock: I dont know how to jump,more precisely im scared break my neck cause in my town theres no gymnastic gym sort of place so i got to try it on the grass or the beach.can anyone tell me what can i do so i can do a BHS?

Until you find a gym, it cannot be done safely. Screw up and you can sprain or dislocate fingers, strain your neck, or of course break your neck and or fingers/forearm/elbow.

It would be a real good idea to learn how to do a back walkover or at the very least a back limber. Work on the ability to bend back towards the ground into a bridge and kickover out of it.

A safe place to sort of work the motion is submerged in a pool. I used this for myself and knew a few other boys who this helped them out.
