Tina Wise a competative level 9 gymnast at 42 years old! Started Gymnastics at 10, quit because of injury at 14.

Went back to Gymnastics at 28 to a very different sport. As someone learning giants and swing etc at 25 I found this video gave me a lot of hope for the future. Hard work and determination combined with a love for the sport.

This is wonderful, the only downer is that there are no gyms in Texas that will take adults becasue of the insurance, so although i want to compete at some point, i cannot
