Alright so I'm sure everybody will have seen this sort of stuff before but at 2:59 Hannibal does one arm front pulls. I havn't seen anyone do them this well before, very impressive strength.

this was my attempt a few years back back I haven't really played around with it since then
This makes me put away any ideas of stepping off my diet when I watch it. I can finally pull up to a meathook with one arm. This is definitely a goal for me!
