You may have noticed that your browser now shows the RSS feed icon for the forums. It was enabled, but not easily accessible before. I will continue to update and improve this feature. Enjoy!
In a day or so,I will be moving this thread to a global sticky and use it to post news and updates for Gymnastic Bodies. I highly suggest subscribing to it so you get the latest info.

Could someone please explain an RSS feed to a non-techno savvy person such as myself, thanks.
Rss is essentially like getting newspaper headlines. In terms of the forums, you can see all the recent replies going on across the whole board. So instead of having to check each forum to see what has changed, you can track it live with RSS. When you have several forums or news sites you follow, it makes it easy to quickly check what's going on in all of them.
I've attached an example of what the rss looks like right now.
Is that similar to the "view active posts" near the top of the forum? That's what I've been using, and it's worked fairly well for me.
Looking forward to see what the RSS feed'll look like when it's up and running, though!
Hey guys, if you're using Google apps a lot, you should look at Google Reader (reader.google.com). It's basically an RSS feed, and it's really good!
The rss is actually live already. Google reader is excellent for this as you can also subscribe to the GB Youtube channel.
To find the feed in google reader:
1. Click the Subscribe button in the upper left of the page
2. Type "gymnasticbodies" in the search field
3. The forum feed is currently third one down, with the url feed.php
-Make sure it's the /forum feed
4. Click subscribe

God damn, i thought that wasnt for RSS, but instead for an email -notification or smthng.. i feel stupid. But - Thanks! 
edit: yup, i WAS correct. An option to get RSS feeds from only selected threads would be awesome.
