back swing you should keep your shoulder angle open, a good cue is to look at the ground and press your head down while driving your heels.
front swing keep pressure on the rings and maintain a better hollow, I personally preferred to do this with palms facing back as it transitions better into giant swings

At this point, you don't really need to worry about ring turnout.
Kick more with toes rather than hips in the front.
Keep head in during the front swing. Pull back on rings but not out.
