Ian Legrow
I know this is in the handstand section somewhere because i have read the whole thing but i can't find it. Today i held a handstand for 31s (YAY!) and during that time if my weight slightly shifted to the my wrists i was able to push down and gain balance again. However, there are times when my body just severely falls and there is no way in hell no matter what i do that i can stop my 135lb frame from falling. If i fall forwards, i have my finger tips to push into the ground and there are not a lot of cases where they can push anymore, but my wrists are a different story. Does anyone know why or have a suggestion?
