Perform:

1x10 Cast Wall Walks

1x5 Pike Box Press HS

1x10 Straddle Box Press HS

Walking HSPU Ladders

Finish with 2x10 Wrist Pushups

notes:

1) Rest 1-2 minutes between Press HS sets.

2) If Cast Wall Walks are insufficiently challenging, you may perform PL Wall Walks instead. The key difference between these two variations is that the hands will remain behind the shoulders at all times during the descent and ascent of the PL Walks, whereas in the Cast Wall Walks the hands are directly under the shoulders.

3) Remember to adjust the height as necessary during the Box Press HS variations to ensure that the presses are sufficiently challenging.

4) If you cannot press to HS, then press to HeS.

5) If you are strong enough, replace the Box Press HS variations with Press HS from an L-sit on parallets or PBs.

6) If you exceptionally strong, perform the Press HS variations on the XR.

7) Rest 3-5 minutes then start the Walking HSPU Ladders.

8 ) Begin with Box HeSPU; perform 2 reps then immediately do 6 steps of HS Wall Runs. Take a few breaths and then move on to Negative HeSPU performing 2 reps followed by 6 steps of HS Wall Runs, continue on upward through the HSPU progressions in this fashion until you reach the hardest variation you are capable of, rest 3-5 minutes and then reverse ladder back to the beginning. You will now have completed one round.

9) How many rounds you perform depends on the number of rungs that were in your ladder; e.g. you only made it to the first exercise, you will perform 10 rounds or if you made it to the 5th exercise, you will perform 2 rounds.

10) Adjust the reps in the Walking HSPU Ladder as necessary. If performing two reps at a time is too difficult, drop to one repetition of each variation. If performing two is too easy, increase to three, four or even five reps per variation.

FSP warm up

5x1 perfect form CWW (hollow all the time, rather slow, real controlled)

2x5 straddle press HeS

2x3 Pike press HeS

3 x [3 Pike pressups, 6 HS wall runs, 2 box HesPu, 6 HS wall runs, 3 pike pressups]

Took it more easy this time. tried to do everything controlled and quite hard but still managable. I don't want to start with too hard exercises this time. Really trying to nail down the CWW's perfectly.

General Warmup/Stretch

Focused Shoulder/Wrists

FSPs

1 x 10 Cast Walls Walks

Rest 1-2 minutes

5 x 1 Pike Box Press HS @ 30" (I ditched the wall and started to do it without wall; I have more a sense of controlling and I do have control but I focus one at a time now... I think this will benefit me more. I was fet up of the wall; progressing slowly)

Rest 1-2 minutes

5 x 2 Straddle Box Press HS @ 24" (same as pike box press hs; able to preform 2 in row before I lose focus)

Rest 5 minutes

HSPU Ladder (Low Box, High Box, HeSPU, 1 Plate HeSPU, 2 Plate HeSPU; wall running with back to wall harder but getting more control out of it and can control it now.)

dcs24... My youtube account got banned because of my "copyrighted" music in the background.

I use Vimeo now... but it only allows me 500mb/week. It sucks.

Ugh, that sucks man. But wow, really, banned? Seems harsh. No set of warnings, or.. maybe take downs of the individual videos first or something?

Isn't it great to know the RIAA and other such noble organizations are continuing to protect artists from criminals such as SPARTAN :).

Patrick Angelo Sardilli

Ahahaha ... I did get warning but I was like... what can I do about it... i mean its the background music!!! lol

IM A CRIMINAL indirectly!!! lol

Cole Dano

It's gone to far when music you can hear in the background of any garage you walk into can't be in the background on YouTube.

Even more amazing to me is that YouTube must be hiring people just to watch videos in search of this background music.

Josh Schmitter

Yep. Seriously ridiculous. All information will be free at some point, it's the nature of it. The people getting on board w/ this concept sooner will be the ones still around when it happens.
