Ordering the Rings...Payment question

I tried to order Xtreme Rings today. I made an account, put in info, but for payment method, it says;

"This is currently the only payment method available to use on this order."

Do i put in my credit card info in the "Add Comments to your Order" box?

At this time, you can only order Xtreme Rings from Ebay. The store at this website isn't working yet.
