Nice Foam roller series

Nice, thanks for posting. Will add in a few from that series for sure.

A decent series for sure, covers most of the basics. I had not seen the first back series before (elbows up) so I will incorporate that one. I had only done the arms crossed back roll before.

For sure it's nice to see them do the bottom of foot rolling. Honestly, that has got to be one of the most calming and relaxing things to do in the morning after showering... Great way to start the day.
