I decided to post this question because I've read in various forums opinions differ as to what the best order of training.

some say the first train movements that you have to learn, and then what needs to be perfected, to train others say only what must be improved, others select movements to learn and perfect other skills and train in the same order starting each session with the òast skill tried the previous session ... what do you think is the best way? for those of you who are coaches, which approach do you use?

Thanks to all

would you prefer to hear what I would train a gymnastic fitness enthusiast or a gymnast under my wing or myself? Honestly, they are pretty much the same but how much time they have differs.

Depends on the goal(s) of the individual and depends what ability they are starting at, taking into account (including but not limited to) strength, flexibility, fitness level, previous injuries, available time, training frequency, age etc.

And of course there's the argument that there is no such thing as "perfection". A position / movement can always be improved be it having better form, longer hold, slower movement, bigger smile...
