I was wondering if I could get some information on this, 1 hour (+) training sessions [vs.] spread out 20-30 minute sessions [vs.] single high intensity exercises (2-5 minutes consisting of a set of weighted dips, pull-ups, or whatever you choose at the time) throughout the day.

Missed this. However, I think it's important enough to bring back from the dead.

One of the biggest issues with multiple training sessions per day is scheduling them especially the transit time of going to and from the gym (not really an issue if at home).

Another issue with multiple training sessions per day is to fit in into your schedule even if at home or outside with portable equipment. This will depend on if you have to work or go to school. Way more difficult if you are a parent or take care of a child or if you have a significant other. Maybe it's possible, maybe it isn't.

HIT is good for conditioning but poor for maximal strength or power development.

Split workouts make much more sense. 1 in the morning/afternoon, 1 in the evening. Perhaps some light cardio after waking up.
