Perform:

1x10 Cast Wall Walks

1x5 HLL

1x5 Pike Box Press HS

1x5 HLL

1x10 Straddle Box Press HS

1x5 HLL

Walking HSPU Ladders

Finish with 2x10 Wrist Pushups

notes:

1) Rest 1-2 minutes between Press HS sets.

2) If Cast Wall Walks are insufficiently challenging, you may perform PL Wall Walks instead. The key difference between these two variations is that the hands will remain behind the shoulders at all times during the descent and ascent of the PL Walks, whereas in the Cast Wall Walks the hands are directly under the shoulders.

3) Remember to adjust the height as necessary during the Box Press HS variations to ensure that the presses are sufficiently challenging.

4) If you cannot press to HS, then press to HeS.

5) If you are strong enough, replace the Box Press HS variations with Press HS from an L-sit on parallets or PBs.

6) If you exceptionally strong, perform the Press HS variations on the XR.

7) Rest 3-5 minutes then start the Walking HSPU Ladders.

8 ) Begin with Box HeSPU; perform 2 reps then immediately do 6 steps of HS Wall Runs. Take a few breaths and then move on to Negative HeSPU performing 2 reps followed by 6 steps of HS Wall Runs, continue on upward through the HSPU progressions in this fashion until you reach the hardest variation you are capable of, rest 3-5 minutes and then reverse ladder back to the beginning. You will now have completed one round.

9) How many rounds you perform depends on the number of rungs that were in your ladder; e.g. you only made it to the first exercise, you will perform 10 rounds or if you made it to the 5th exercise, you will perform 2 rounds.

10) Adjust the reps in the Walking HSPU Ladder as necessary. If performing two reps at a time is too difficult, drop to one repetition of each variation. If performing two is too easy, increase to three, four or even five reps per variation.

Ooooooo...Ahhhhhhh. New WOD :).

Rower

Hands down the toughest shoulder workout I have ever done!

Falcon

1x10 Cast Wall Walks

1x5 HLL

1x5 Pike Wall Negative

1x5 HLL

1x10 Straddle Wall Negative

1x5 HLL

4 Rounds of Walking HSPU Ladders

5 Box HeSPU

6 Wall Walks

4 Negative Freestanding HeSPU

6 Wall Walks

3 Wall HeSPU

6 Wall Walks

Ummm... I have a bad feeling :D

LOVE IT! I have a great scaling idea for next ladders! These were great, I learned to control my HeSPU, at least the negative part, it actually uses a lot of posterior delt and triceps streght to not fall back to my feet.

WOD:

5x2 CWW:(1:00s set rest)

1x5 HLL half(212)

1x5 Pike Press HeS

1x5 HLL half/2min rest

1x10 Straddle Press HeS

1x5 HLL half/5min rest

HSPU Ladders:3 Rounds, 6 wall runs between each, 5min rest between 1/2 rounds(Lower Leg Prehab A/B)

-3 Pike Pushups(49in from wall)

-2 Full ROM dips

-3 Box HeSPu Neg(3s)

2x10 Wrist Pushups(on knees with pike)

NOTES:

-Keeping CWW rest times same for 3 HS WODs

-Wrist Push ups felt really off today. Had to pike on knees, let alone trying them on the coffee table.

- I still feel like I'm not making progress w/ these, so after the 1st round I subbed my 1 Box HeS for 3 Box HeSPu Neg. The first round felt way to hard, and all around it has felt either the same or harder every time this one rolls around. The dips were also giving me trouble today. I'm just a little lost on what exactly to scale/how to measure progress as there are so many options. I.e. keeping exercises/rounds static and upping reps, keeping exercies/reps static and upping rounds...and when to move on to another variation.

Newguy

Done, loved the variation! :)

This was a lot of fun, uploading once I can get some decent internet around here..

and here we are

VdpxI0xfzjY

only filmed the first 3 CWW, came down so i could kick the rocks that were jabbing into my hands out of the way but finished all 10 with minimal rest.

Apologies for the form after the last rung. Made a better judgment call on the 2nd round of ladders and removed the last rung and performed 3 reps each instead of 2.

Not pleased with my leg tightness on any of these skills or shoulder angle on the later reps of fatigued presses, but there were a few stalders I was really happy with [=
