Anyone here know some good azarian drills / exercises?

Ok nice ones 8)

problems:

1.Your rings are to low and your body is not straight (you will see why is that problem).

2.you are to slow with pushing rings down, way to slow! You must start in a front lever and maintain pushing down (even when you are turning your body to position) and never stop pushing until you are ate cross.

So why is a problem: beacuse if you are not straight you can't push the rings all time down.

Try the azarian with elastic band...allthou I never tried, you can try it and see if it works. Ofcourse my old saying the SPOTTER :lol::lol:

Try to lose momentum force and straighten your arms. I have a problem with that some times, beacuse it comes to habbit and if you are not realy careful you will bent your arms.

In othet words GREAT PROGRESS  and I hopu you will continued to perform even better and of course something new (nakayama or pineda maybe or inverted pull to cross :D )
