The current thought is that torn tendons in the shoulder will not mend on there own nor is there any medicine that will help.

I'll explain when I broke the ligaments of the knee there was the possibility of including coagulants Ligament partially broken and avoid more invasive operation! There are similar techniques for the shoulder?

This is a serious decision, i don't want to pretend to be able to answer that. I don't know the situation in your area, but do your best to seek out a qualified specialist, and get as many opinions as possible to base your decision on.

Different people i know of who have had surgery have different opinions about it. Some say its better than ever, some say something just isn't the same before, it feels different.
