i feel in the last training and not only on this that i'm more fatigued respect the skill i'm doing!!!

i suppose that this is caused by the size of my legs..can be that?

in the past i did 10 years of judo and 13 years of football so i have big muscles in the legs and in the butt, so the skill on the pommel are very difficult for me expecially if i have to lift my legs up in the back and extend them...

so what i can do to compensate these big muscles in the legs in the skill like circles or flares? in the static position or rings routine i'm not so tired but in the dynamic movements i can't lift the leg easy as in the rings!

i don't think there is a way to lose some muscles in the legs and also if there is i don't think is the best way...there is someone as me who has a big muscles in the legs but also can do circles or flair?

Normally gymnasts have DBZ's upper bodies, but unlike Goku and Vegeta they don't have big lower body muscles in comparision, so I think that the best way is lose some lower body muscle, but don't ask me how, let's wait Slizz comment!

It's hard to do anything with big legs. Especialy with bad technique on pommel.

i know gregor, now after one year and some months my circles on the high mushroom aren't bad ( maybe i' ll post a video), now i can do 15-20 circles, but if i do the front loops i can do them in a easy way, because on the back my legs are more low and i have to elevate them in the from but seems that i have more strength in the abs...in the other side i can't do the back loop easily...

Try doing stretching workouts. Stretching can help lengthen your muscles and fix the muscles imbalances in your body.
