IS THERE ANYWHERE....

Is there anywhere in the country that offers serious adult gymnastics lessons. Like, i am jsut curious. I have come to the conclusion that there are none in dallas. Although i would like someon giving me hands on instruction, apparently only little kids in dallas are taught. That's ok though. But i was not able to find any serious gymnastics for adults anywehre. Doe sit exist

NAIGC collegiate clubs, one gym in Marin County California, perhaps a few others.

It's really gonna be a trial and error thing.

Circus schools are another option - there's a few places near me that will teach you similar skills

Depends what you mean by serious. If you mean high-level, then you may need to find

a coach and get time at a facility.

But if you mean a place where you train with other beginner-intermediates, and can be as serious as you like,

then there are. Is it essential? Certainly not.

I think it's most helpful with form stuff, getting feedback and suggestions of course.

Ask your local gymnastic facilities if they have a teen class. They may not have a problem with you joining that.

The one I'm in is combined with teens.
