It looks like another and maybe easier way to do a muscle up ![]()
easier...mmm not for me..i discovered i was able to do that after a controlled backward roll to support...
It's a normal backward roll to support with use of momentum. (And it's not easier than muscle up.)
for me is more difficult than the normal backward roll because i start from a inverted pike hang, i feel that my biceps are more tired than a normal backward roll!!!

Alex- try slowing it down and you will notice some "interesting" hypertrophy in your arms after practicing it for a little while ![]()
do the backward roll slowly is not a problem, the next steps will be this "unknow" skill without the kip, and planche to BL...
Umm Back Kip with bent arms is an "A", with straight arms it's a B. So it's a legit skill.
