well, it's the first time i make a post in this section...

as i usually train alone, (a self-trainer), a lot of times i have no idea if i'm doing something wrong or correctly..

here there's a video of myself making a wall handstand, it doesn't last too much, cause i only want you to tell me if i'm doing it corectly, or what should i change...

before this video, i managed myself to obtain enough balance for making free handstanding, but, i used to have the big problem of arching my back a lot.. so i went back to the wall to fix it..

here's the video of my BAD freehandstand

notice the back arch...

and here's the wall handstand, in which i'm suposed to have beeing working on for my back...

i wait any kind of critiques, cause i want to develope it in the correct way..

sorry for my bad english, and greetings from Mexico!

Obviously the arch is still pretty dramatic. This was a big struggle for me as well.

Things to work on -

opening your shoulder angle exercises/stretches

body line exercise / hollow hold

wall handstand - stomach to wall body at 45 degree angle / stomach flat to wall

the stomach to the wall hs will force you out of arching the lower back, it may take some time to get to the point that you are flat on the wall. At first the 45 degree one is very good, just be very particular about your body line, nice hollow midsection.
