I once read an article about how drinking water is good for muscles but drinking to much will carry excess nutrients out of your body. True or false?
Drinking to much water devoids body of Nutrients?

The right amount is the right amount. The water won't carry the nutrients away, but it can dilute your salts to the point where you literally drown on a cellular level. Too MUCH salts can cause you to dehydrate and die that way on a cellular level as well. As long as you aren't being completely insane you should be fine.
