hi i found this particular method on the web searching something new to try also the way i'm usinge gives to me great gains of strength...

http://theswole.com/swole/531-jim-wendl ... -strength/

what do you think about it?

is reasonale use it to become stronger for a gymnatic's goal? for example use it for the pull uo or 45° push up? or hs push up?

there is someone which has used this method and has reached great results?

This is the same basic method used in SSC and every other program that has long term success. You don't push forward too fast, and take slow steady gains. You will want to use SSC for lower leverage movements, but you can use 531-style percentages for adding weight to basic higher leverage movements. It is a whole lot of calculating to do for bodyweight or calisthenic work.
