So I think I have elbow and/or bicep tendonitis. It really hurts my bicep tendon near my elbow when I try to do a planche with my wrists reversed (with my fingers pointing towards my feet). I saw some stretches online to do to aid in healing and I thought I saw something about fish oil. What I'm wondering is what I can still do while recovering. It doesn't hurt doing front or back levers, handstand work, flagpoles, or even during benching. Is it ok to do these things and still recover quickly, or should I stay completely off anything that would use my elbow (essentially all upper body work)? Thanks in advance.
