newguy5000
Hi guys i got the recent notice of a level one seminar by Coach in Melbourne Australia this year. 30 september.I was thinking about flying over from Perth to attend this, but wasn't sure if i was at too noob a level and would appreciate some feedback.for the last month and up until the the time the seminar begins i am just working on on lots of pre-hab / re-hab on my shoulders, basic static holds (plank / reverse plank / locked out Dip / Hollow hold ect) and L sits and wall handstands. That's it. I want to get my shoulders really solid first due to an old injury.I am quite keen to do the level 1 seminar, but wasn't sure if i would be at too much of a basic level? any advice appreciated. Adam Bodestyne
I don't think that you would be 'too noob' for it, it seems like it would be useful for anyone. If you're just starting, then it means you've got more to learn from it. (c:If you can't participate in particular things, at least you'll be able to learn a lot from it to apply when you are ready.
