I'm experiencing some light "ulnaris numbness" - light numbness in pinky-finger and part of the ring finger. I'm pretty sure the ulnaris issues is from the elbow and/or upper arm.

Any tips of what to massage or stretch? Or maybe any "nerve flossing" techniques?

(google will only show me how to nerve floss carpal tunnel syndrom - and that is not the cause of my numbness)

Well, found a way myself... It's quite relieving, thought I might share:

Supinate your hand, flair your elbow out to the side, internlly rotate shoulder joint, keep shoulder down. Strech/releive by flexing the wrist

Lol, you're discovering nerve glides! Search for nerve glides on google and you'll find all kinds of cool stuff!

You could also massage everything that attaches to medial epicondyle as well as brachialis (can transfer tension down to the forearm) and triceps, especially long head and medial head. Take a look at a picture of upper arm nerves on a Google Image search and use that to guide you, but releasing pretty much everything in the forearm and upper arm along with nerve glides and nerve glides + muscle bending if you need to should get rid of all that!
