Hi, I never send PMs, but this time I need to, and the messages are stuck in the Outbox, even though they are marked as Sent. FAQ doesn't seem to help because this scenario isn't described there. What am I doing wrong?

That means that the person you sent your PM to hasn´t opened his PMs. When the person opens our PM it will be gone from your outbox. I hade the same question a while ago.
