Samuel Carr Posted May 26, 2011 Share Posted May 26, 2011 Im looking for a post that i believe was put up fairly recently (cant find it through search) that included a video of a guy showing a bunch of different ways you could stretch and self-massage using only a foam roller and a lacrosse ball. He utilizes stretching and self-myofascial release (SMR) technique, by using rollers, balls, bars, bands and other basic fitness equipment. but he's also about practicality so he'll use dog toys, chairs, couches(!), and his daughter's play things.it's totally awesome and helped develop some of the kinks in my fitness armor. his goal was to post a video daily for a year. today's video is 260/365, so you have PLENTY of already released knowledge to play with!hope this helps!
