Problem purchasing the rings

does someone here live in Europe and have the rings? i need a pair of rings but cannot buy them as there too much duty taxes when it's sent from united states.Can i'll buy them here in europe or can someone buy it for me and then ship it here?

it's possible to buy the ring here in Belgium? can someone buy it and put it on ebay from Europe,so i won't pay excessive amount of taxes for the shipping.
