Well, I want to present another problem in regards to my dislike of locking out on the FSPs... What happens when one elbow locks out at a different angle from the other?

My left elbow can go almost twice as far as my right. My right has probably about 5-10 degrees of hyperextension while my left has probably about 15 degrees.

I have about 15 deg of hyperextension in both.

It's not a problem if your muscles surrounding the joints are strong, even if they are uneven.

The only way it would be a problem is if you are noticing significant strength imbalances starting to develop at the shoulder.

If you are not, I would not worry about it.
