Crutches For Handstands

Unfortunately on New Years Eve my friend sprained my foot.. details can be spared .. but it put me on crutches for a little over a month. Before I was on crutches I was struggling to hold a minute long wall handstand, but without any handstand training at all during the time I was on crutches, I can now hold a two minute wall handstand. So for anyone in a handstand training plateau you could always try some crutches
