Wow, i don't think i've ever seen a male with that kind of spinal flexibility.

It looks like his flexibility is localized in one spot of his spine, if you know what I mean. Bizarre!
Yeah if its healthy is debatable. He does seem to be very fit a naturally supple, so this may be a case where it is healthy for him.
If you watch carefully, his spine is supple from top to bottom, however those really deep bends give the appearance of it being just in one spot. The spine actually shifts into the body making room for the arc.
In general unless you really know how move your spine. I wouldn't recommend trying this. One of my mentors has taught contortionists, and apparently many of them have lots of hairline fractures in their spine due to the enormous pressure of the vertebral processes pressing against each other so strongly. He claims that it actually shortens their life expectancy, i'm not sure if thats an exaggeration though.
