One doesn't need to watch the video to answer the premise. When government steps in to ordain "fairness" the result almost always means curtailing personal freedom and liberties of others. This is no exception.
Steam out ears, i feel another rant coming on, but i'll restrain myself other than saying sometimes i think the equal rights movement wound up doing as much harm as good for our society.
