i had read in many post that when you are learning the basic static position like PL, FL, BL, before go to the next step of progression (like tuck pl --> flat tuck) you have to reach the total of 60 sec of hold.
For many months i think that i i didn't have understood the correct thing..
for example i was working to get 60 seconds of a step ONLY in one set, so i've worked to get 60 sec of flat tuck PL, FL tuck planche, and flat tuck BL..
now i have reach some of my objectives (for example 6-9 sec straddle planche, 20 or 20+ sec full bl, i'm working for the full FL, 40+ sec L-sit) but i don't know if the way ive followed was correct..
for the total 60 sec of planche hold i have to:
- reach 60 sec in one set ?
- reach the 60 sec in many sets (3 sets of 20sec) ?
and this thing must be did for every static position?
i want to solve my doubt because now i'm training also with a friend and is necessary for me know the correct way in order to train him! and also because in some static position i am in steady situation...
thanks for the help..
