Troy Rodriguez
Hey guys! There is a video on here of a "Handstand Obstacle Course". In the video there is a contraption that resembles parallel bars but the ends are made in such a way as they can be used on mats! This makes it great for beginners and height adjustment ease. Since we are not competing gymnastics but love the strength aspect of pbar work I was wondering how they were made. Any thoughts?
Blairbob
The ones Allan walks on after the incline/wedge mat? Take a long dowel and then you have what looks to be a small rectangular block connected to a wider rectangular block. Some screws and some wood glue. Many gyms will have single rail floor bars and some will have these bars connected to form a set of parallettes.
