Chest and triceps?

more of a curiosity thread but a friend asked what would be good gymnastic oriented excercises for chest and triceps?

ring dips, planche pushups, handstand presses?

what say you?

Manna for triceps is pretty tough, and of course any thing like back lever to Maltese or Maltese to Planche is very chest dependent.

All of the ones mentioned are very good. If you want more tricep work then bent arm presses can also help. Manna is also extremely hard on them. Dips and planche pushups will do good for the shoulder tricep and chest.

Please don't suggest maltese work to beginers! :shock: I don't see that going over very well haha.
