Woohoo. Just took my 2.5 year old son to his first gymnastics lesson. He cried at the end because he didn't want it to be over. "More gymnastics Daddy, I want to do more!" :cry:
I'm hoping no one will bully him if he can do front levers when every other kid at kindy is struggling on the monkey bars...
mine tries to imitate my HS and says "look dad HS" but with his feet at the floor 
Also I practice with him front flip and back flip (the easy slow variation of course!) he says no no but then always wants to repeat!. He is also 2,5 y/o 
You can start them young at a pretty affordable price too.
