nice, your high bar and p-bars work is effortless

handstands are looking good too. great lines and pressing strength. One arms are coming along nicely as well, and you're almost equal on both arms.

When you go up onto one arm and fingertips, I suggest bending the elbow of the arm being lifted.

I thought the video could have done without some of the fluff though, but that's just me.

Very nice skills, i have to agree with Yuri, if you mean it to be a 'demo' trim out the sillly stuff, your skills are too good you don't need to show anything more than the best.
