pain inside the hand

hello,

one of my gymnast has a very painfull spot in his hand , lets say under his pink and his ring finger in the middle of his hand. the spot hurts during the release of his giant and peach on p bars.

maybe anyone of you knows about this injury...

we found a way to reducoue the pain! between his giants an peaches he is working out his hand with squeeze exercises.

This topic has a few hand (p)rehab exercises in it. I might add palms down ball baoding/contact juggling.

As a coach you can probably filter out anything that isn't relevant (personally I haven't got a clue, so just do a load of rehab until something gets better).
