Great post! Can't believe I didn't know about all these.

http://idoportal.blogspot.com Ido's blog. Unfortunately not so many updates lately, but whenever they come they're great :D

Neal Winkler

How come you changed this to general blogs instead of gymnastics blogs? :D Because, unfortunately, there aren't many interesting gymnastics blogs. :(

BTW, on Bret Contreras' blog today, he mentioned Coach Sommer.

Razz

Woops, well I still think those two blogs deserve to be mentioned :P

Unfortunately, that is what it seems like.

Hopefully someone will prove me wrong.

Great list idea, I'll check some of these out. I have to say though that my first thought when I saw gymgreg's avatar is that if we follow Coach's program and ever manage to get to the end, it's highly likely we will be able to levitate like that without the need for any machines.

gymgreg

Added more blogs.

Especially check out Tom Kurz's stuff on flexibility.

Added links to inspiring videos.

Make sure to check out the mens "Wednesday Workout" video series.
