Excited to move to the next one. Could you please review my form on the Psuedo Planche push ups?

Thanks in advance! :)

From the side it appears a good starting point! a bit more of lean is suggested.

Hi Alessandro:

Is this better than the previous try? Can you please review ?

I can feel that the intensity, strength and stability required  is more than the earlier one.

thanks !

Hey Remya, 2 mistakes here:

  1. too much support on the instep, teh more you push with the anterior tibialis, the less work the shoulders do.
  2. the starting position is too high. a solid straigth arm plank is what you are searching for!

Thanks Alessandro for the feedback. I can work on correcting those!

hey Remya, nice work, better. Notice that on the last reps when you move lower the rigth heel is visible, probably because you are still using the tibialis anterior on the rigth side.

Thanks for the feedback.  I will focus more on correcting the form before moving to higher reps.
