Looking for a back strap

Hi guys,

Does anybody know of any back straps that you can buy online in Europe? Are there any decent ones on Amazon?

I saw that the link to purchase a back strap through GST is not available anymore in the equipment list. Is it going to be available again at some point? @Alessandro Mainente

Hi MIquel, i do not have an answer for you.

IN order to substitute the strap you can use a bent fo weigthed dip/pullup and 2 simple car straps.

Search for "yoga wall pelvic swing" or "yoga pelvc swing". You'll probably find some. I just use one of these attached to stall bars. Works exactly the same way.

You can also find them on Etsy and some other sites.
