For all the progressions on the stall bars, I am confused what one set means. There is no @ symbol, so does 5x30sec mean 2x on one side and 3x on the other? Or is one set 30sec on the right and 30sec on thr left, and whoever wrote it forgot the @ symbol in the instructions?
