Hi guys,

In the core lane the "A25: Single Leg Front Lever" progression has a description which reminds me to the "A23: Single Leg Straddle Front Lever" progression, because  it mentions straddle keeping the knee and leg straddled but in the video there is no straddle at all.

This is its description:

"Begin from a dead hang with your right leg straight and straddled wide. Open your left hip and pull your left foot toward your groin, fully bending your left knee. With straight elbows, keep your body in the single leg straddle position and pull it up to horizontal. Feel your shoulders press backward as you maintain scapular depression and partial protraction. Both of your hips should still be open and flat. Maintain a posterior pelvic tilt (PPT), locked elbows, and stable torso position with strong core and back tension. Straddle wide, pause momentarily, and lower back down. Continue to switch sides for reps, showing full control in each single leg straddle front lever before descending."

Here: "Straddle wide, pause momentarily, and lower back down" what I don't understand there is no straddle in the video. If the description is erronous then can anybody please ping the tech support to correct the description. I have a suspicion that the description is not accurate.

HI Botond, if you access through the library the description and videos seem to be correct.
