hey Arif, there is some work to do but trust me we are some steps before the clean form. the main problem is that you are not symmetrical.

referring to the pic below where i took 2 frames casually from one repetition:

left one:

- forearms are not parallel one to the other, this means that tht you are pulling more to one side..what i can expect is that you do not reach the bar in the middle of the hands distance.

-legs have a different hips ativation in fact one is more rotated

right one:

- as expected in the top you are completely on your right side you can see it from the distance of the hand to the corresponding shoulder. by the angle of the upper arm to the upper body

now what to do. my suggestio is to work with a mirror , do slow reps eventually with an elastic band and correct yourself while you do the repetition.

Thanks as always @Alessandro Mainente,

The Pull-up bar is in my balcony, so it will be difficult to get a mirror there.  Any other ideas to correct?

When I use a band, which leg should I put the band to support myself so that I train my body to be symmetrical? Right or left?

Really Appreciate your coaching!

Warmly,
Arif

yes for sure...you can use the front camera of the phone as a mirror...all of my students in the end moves to this solution.

That's a good idea @Alessandro Mainente.  Although it will be a challenge to see myself in the small screen on a phone, while simultaneously adjusting myself.  But will give it a shot.

Warmly,
Arif

it is enough to see the critic part...please note that you must try to engage properly muscles before the critical point and not during..if you wait to let the error to appear...it is too late...

Got it.  Will work towards that.
