Hey Arif, there are some issues with technique, do you mind if i ask you if you can post a set of 15 normal reps? some details should be already fixed with previous exercises.
Thank you for the super-prompt reply @Alessandro Mainente! Here's a video of me doing 15 regular pushups:

Hi Arif, as i was suspecting there are some deficits in this variation that you trasferring to the following version.
first deficit: range of motion, you must reach the floor with the upper body
2nd: you tend to move up first the shoulder then the rest of the body...shoulder and hips move at the same time-
begin with this details.
Dear @Alessandro Mainente,
Thanks so much!!! Will go back to pushups, fix these deficits and report back once I'm done!
Warmly,
Arif
Hi @Alessandro Mainente,
How is my push-up form now? Thanks so much!

Now the range of motion is ok...the only one point you can avoid is to avoid the hips flexion when you push back into he starting position...
Got it Coach @Alessandro Mainente! Will continue working on this. I guess the best way to avoid hip-flexion is to:
- Engage my Core
- Squeeze glutes
Anything else?
Warmly,
Arif

for now it is enough...less details at time is better in order to avoid excessive overthinking.
Great! Thank you @Alessandro Mainente.
