Straddle hollow body rock

Here is my fifth set at mastery. How is the PE looking? Good to progress? Sorry for poor video quality.

Hey Iain, very nice body tension.

my suggestion is to stay there ofr some more weeks so that you can focus on mastery the same range of motion on all the reps. i mean look at the amount of distance between the heels and the floor...it shold be always the same when the feet reach lower...
