RC-PE2 Ground row: touch chest or not?

Good day everyone, a bit confused on what 'perfect form' looks like for the Ground Rows.

The female model in the technique videos drives the rings all the way into her chest but the instruction only mentions getting close to the shoulders.

What is the optimal technique here?

I can currently hit the mastery requirement with rings not fully touching the chest but very close to it (< 1 inch), but struggle driving them to full contact.

Mobility doesn't seem to be the issue as I can easily complete the mastery requirements for this element.

What are your thoughts? Curious to learn more!

Hi Massimiliano...well if you rotate the grup up to palm-up grip you can eventually touch the shoulders with the hands. if you use a neutral grip it becomes harder due to forearms bones rotation. my suggestion to improve elbows conditioning is to touch.

I will try that. Thanks!
