The videos the thumbnails are taken from are no longer there. It used to be those videos played first and then the videos that are there now followed with additional tips. Was it decided that those other videos no longer provided value?

HI Michael, can you make a specific example?

Sure. In simplest terms, EVERY video thumbnail on the Fundamentals homepage is of the man directing the young blonde woman through the movements - many of those videos are no longer there. More specifically, just for an example, the very first Fundamentals movements - Day 1 (Carb and Ape) - started with a video of the man and the woman with blonde hair (sorry, can't remember their names) - the man directed the woman and she demonstrated both movements. Then you were taken to the video of the two men, the one with the British accent directing the other - the one that is there now. This was an adjunct to the previous one, focusing on more specific problems someone might face when trying these movements. There are several other 'Days' of the series where there was once a video with the man and woman before the video with the two men where there is now just the video of the two men.
The one thing that stuck out to me about the differences between the two were that the woman, when doing the Ape, never moved her feet ahead of her hands where, in the other video, the one man makes notice of how the man performing the move gets his feet ahead of his hands. Another difference is that when the woman performed the Crab, she moved opposite hand and foot where the man, in the other video, moves the hand and foot on the same side together. At the very least, it showed alternative ways to perform the moves.
It used to be, when one video ended, there was a link in the lower right corner to take you to the next video. In fact, if i remember correctly, if you didn't click the link within a certain time, you were automatically taken to the next video.

This is still an issue, are there any updates? In fact there seem to be a number of unresolved issues with videos missing, information / instructions missing, etc. related to the conversion from the old Gymnastic Bodies site to GymFit.
I’m guessing this website is no longer
monitored? This is still an issue and I just signed up on a 7 day trial. Probably won’t continue since it appears this website is in limbo
