Hey Huy, to me appears that the reps are incomplete, on every rep you should see the scapulae relaxing and the shoulder moving closer to the ears, and then begin the rep.

Hello coach,
Please check my form. On descending part, my body starts to swing, is that normal?
Also, how can I strengthening my straight leg? As I am getting tired, my legs drop instead of forming an L shape.
Thank you coaches

hey Huy, well you swing when you fall...if you increase the duration of the negative you can increase the general control.
the more the posterior chain is tight the more difficult is to hold the legs up...so pike stretch, front split etc reduce the tension in the posterior chain..

It is a good starting point...the main goal now it reduce the reps at the number where you can hold the legs firmly parallel to the ground.
