Hi, could you please check if this form is good enough for mastery?
Thank you!
You can see in your video that you are fairly piked during your headstand. As you hold, try to engage your glutes to hit a better body line. As you do so, remember to engage your core muscles. It is hard to tell from the angle of the video, but it looks like your elbows are also flaring out to the side. Try to keep them directly over your hands as you hold.
On your iM, work on bringing your hands closer together so that they are at shoulder width. Also, try to keep your chest upright and your head in a neutral position as you extend the shoulders.
Can you post a video of your PE with your belly to the camera, and of your iM with your back to the camera?
Hi Jeffrey, here's the front and back view you've asked.
Thanks for the input!

Hey Rokas, for the PE you need to have parallel forearms, for the IM a side view is necessary for a complete evaluation.
Here's an update. How's the form?
Thanks!

The main focus should be on IM...you must reach a horizontal position... increasing the grip is the main suggestion.
Hi Alessandro, here's an update. Is this form ok?
Thank you!

Hey Rokas, at 22'' mark is perfect. all the sets should be like the range at this mark before starting to reduce the hand's distance.
Hi Alessandro,
thank you for the input. Just wanted to clarify, the goal for mastery is to have the hands shoulder with and parallel to the ground? I should slowly progress towards this by reducing the width of the grip?
Thanks!

yes, wihout sacrificing the height of the bar and with a total weigth of the 10% bodyweigth.
